On this page you can view the Predictions rules for the World Cup, then you can select the links down the left to view the fixtures, check up on the tables as the tournament progresses or enter the game with the entry form link. To have a go just click the link on the left to download the page, complete the form, save it to file and e-mail it back to sevs66@gmail.com

o      Complete your predictions for any given phase before it starts.

o      You earn points depending on the result of each match – Points System below

·         Result & scores correct - Belgium 2 England 1                                                                  6 Pts

·         Result correct, margin of victory correct – Belgium 3 England 2                                   3 Pts

·         Result correct; margin of victory incorrect – Belgium 3 England 1                               1  Pt

·         Result incorrect – Belgium 0 England 2                                                                              0 Pts

·         Drawn predictions – Exact Score                                                                                         6 Pts

·         Drawn predictions – One Goal Out i.e. Score 1-1 (predict 0-0 or 2-2)                         3 Pts

·         Drawn predictions – Two or More Goals Out i.e. Score 2-2 (predict 0-0 or 4-4)       1 Pt

·         Drawn predictions – Incorrect Score i.e. 2-1 Win                                                             0 Pts

o      For any prediction you miss on any given day you will get a void result and get zero points.

o      The stage will be split into three phases, with fixtures issued for completion BEFORE each phase starts.
PHASE 1:        Thu 11th Jun to Thu 18th Jun
PHASE 2:        Thu 18th Jun to Wed 24th Jun  
PHASE 3:        Wed 24th Jun to Sun 28th Jun  

This then allows you to predict scores in the later phases depending on how good/ bad you are currently doing.

o      All points count towards the overall finish positions, but a league table will be provided at the end of each phase to see how you are doing. 

o      The last Phase is worth DOUBLE points, just so everyone still has a chance to achieve something if they are way off the pace.

o      Every Phase fixtures will be chosen for DOUBLE points, including in the final Phase which could therefore earn you quadruple points. These will be highlighted in RED BOLD

It costs £5 to enter, payable up front either to me direct or via PayPal/ Bank Transfer. Please contact me at the phone number or e-mail below to arrange any of these. Money is required up front to ensure a swift pay out at the completion of the game, as the intention is to run another one for the Knockout Stages.
